Working VPN Tunnel, but unstable connection for new accounts

Hello,

we have some strange Problems recently.
To Access some secure servers, we are using OpenVPN. The corrosponding VPN Accounts are authenticated by certificates.

Our problem now is, that older accounts with work just fine. They connect to the VPN Server and you can access
the Servers via ssh or RDP, depending on what OS they are running. Newly added accounts however seem to connect
without problems to the VPN Server. The connection to the other systems is absolutly unstable. You can see this
perfectly when pinging the systems. For about 1-2 minutes all is fine, then the hosts are not reachable. This lasts for
a minute or so, then the systems are reachable again.

We checked the client configurations and could not find anything. no matter which OS or Open VPN Client Version is
installed. Also the Configuration files are the same. Just the certificates are different.

I hope I could describe our problem understandable. As I am new in the Administration of OpenVPN, could you
please help me in tracking down the Problem and solving it.

What informations do I Need to provide?
