TAP driver problem [paying btc]

I'm trying to install openvpn in safe mode with networking on windows 7 but I get the error of not being able to install the tap driver.

I know how to enable services/drivers to run in safe mode through adding registry entries, but the question is, what are the service names and what are the driver names i need enabled to install a tap driver?

Thanks to anyone who can help, if anyone can successfully install this for me I'll send 50$ btc as compensation, not much but it's something ;).

I have just uninstalled & re-installed OpenVPN 2.3.7-i601 64bit and connected to a server on Windows 7 in "Safe Mode with Networking" ... no problem at all.
