Hello my friend and thank you very much for your kind attention.

What i mean is, that i download the credentials, and the App, follow all Android instructions posted on the Vpnbook website, and if i have no money on my phone, the connection is always trying to connect, but it doesn´t.

I tried all the certificates of EU, and i can´t connect, so i need some help, trying to put things to work

i also configured one VPN, without the app, and what i get is the message error "can´t deliver package"

If you can help me on this i´ll be very much appreciated, since i can´t get support from the developers

and thats it, i don´t know if it´s possible, now i´m getting confused, because i see so many videos talking about this....

I don't understand Portuguese (I think) so I don't know what that chap is saying. Regardless, getting Internet access for free isn't an OpenVPN issue.

OpenVPN needs an Internet connection to work. Doesn't matter if it's wired, wifi, or mobile data. Whether you pay for the Internet or get it for free is beside the point.

If that fellow's instructions aren't working for you then it might be worth posting in his YouTube comments asking for assistance.

basically he's showing how to configure vpnbook, but without money on the phone, I don't know how, he does it, but worked for some....there are several videos on YouTube even in English, you can search "free Internet vpnbook". But sorry if ithis was a silly question.
