Newsstand magazine download causes internet cut-off inconsis

OpenVPN connection is on.

When I try to download or downloaded this NewsStand magazine Internet connection gets cut off inconsistently.

How to solve this ?

Removing the installed mobileconfig for OpenVPN and installing it again solves the problem.
Restarting the device or killing newstand magazine (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/tourenf ... 56306?mt=8) doesn't help.


Any valid ideas to workaround it or bug reference is appreciated !
