OpenVpn on Linaro Ubuntu 14.04 Help

Hi,

I have installed Openvpn on my Radxa Rock Pro board which I am currently using it as asterisk pbx server for my personal use.
I tried following many guides/help available online which I used for configuring the openvpn server, but I am not sure If i am able connect it with the client.
I have dynamic IP ISP here , which I have connected to my TP-Link wireless router. When I check my IP Address on whatismyip.com site it gives me an IP address which is also the same for some another connection ( different location and same isp ) when I tried to open the IP in the browser it takes me to Mikrotik router, guess its ISP's router. And when I crossed check the IP address assigned to IP my router it is different and when opened in the browser will take you to my wireless router.

I have installed ddclient on the board and set to start when i reboot the OS.

Can some one confirm if would be able to connect to my openvpn server from the client m/c with my ISP / Network?.

Can you please share me the steps that are required to be executed on my server to connect openvpn server from my client.
I guess I would have configure Openvpn on NAT.

I tried the same server with my ADSL connection and I am able to connect to server
