Set up OpenVPN GUI with registry settings using GPO Windows

This howto is for Windows Active Directory mostly.

In this howto, I am going to:

[*]Deploy OpenVPN GUI Regedit keys
[*]We enable only OpenVPN GUI Service mode only
[*]We deploy the necessary registry keys to let the app start
[*]Import 'OpenVPNService' System Service template
[*]Change OpenVPNService System Service permission
