Open VPN on IPHONE

Hello,

We are using the OPEN VPN client on Android with much success. We use it for our sales people to access the mobile webpages of our CRM. We don't want to expose the CRM to the Internet for phone access.

Android successfully connects to the VPN and registers our internal network DNS and thus they can access any Intranet webpage on our LAN.

For some reason IOS on the IPHONE after connecting via the Open VPN client does not use our LAN DNS at all so the Intranet sites are only accessible by IP. So, we know the VPN is working and they are on the corporate internal network but the DNS server information that the VPN connection is passing to the phone is not being used.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Check your client logs for errors regarding pushed DNS settings.
