No upper right menu showed after installation of OpenVPN Con

Hi!

Noticed there is critical issue for Samsung mobile phone using OpenVPN Connect App.

After installation from Google Play Store, there is no upper right menu showed on the main page when launching the OpenVPN Connect App.

I believed it is the specific issue for Samsung as there is no such problem for Sony and hTC.

Wondering if there is anything wrong for Samsung?

Any one has such similar problem and found any solution?

I have the same issue but on a Blu phone. The menu button is missing making the app totally useless.
Any of the devs can shine some light on this?
