Private Tunnel: Can Login the account But Can't connect VPN

Hello,

I successfully login into my openVPN account but i can't seem to connect it, and i received a error "your account has no data transfer
remaining purhase additional data transfer." and when i click Ok it still says Disconnected in the System tray, I successfully connected yesterday But i can't reconnect it again,


and there are 2 openVPN websites. One is http://openvpn.net/ and the other is https://openvpn.net/index.php/open-sour ... loads.html
I downloaded Privatetunnel in the first link and it worked one time. then the 2nd day i tried the second link which is the updated version, i extracted the config file in the config folder But still it didn't work and it never connected even once, so i switched to Hotspot shield and it connected successfully, and I prefer Privatetunnel because its faster and it has no ads. But i can't seem to connect it. and also how do you properly setup open vpn? i can't seem to find any good instructions. and do i need to set a firewall rule for this?


Any answers appreciated and please post a step by step instructions if you know How to set it up....
