Been keeping an eye on app. Tunnels still unreliable. They seem to be dropping when IP address refreshed with VPN (not sure if dynamic up reassignment or PFS rekeying) and connection freezes or drops when moving between wifi and cellular. The reconnect process used to work flawlessly, doesn't any longer.
This is on iPhone 6 and iPad Air.
