have problem after update from jelly 4.3 to kitkat 4.4.2

since update from jelly 4.3 to kitkat 4.4.2, i can' t push to select for apply the application in notify function, pls help .thx.

i don't understand because before update system from jelly 4.3 i can select " I trust this application" in attention and connect VPN app but update to kittkat 4.4.2 i can't select " I trust this application" for apply in notify function.somebody help me plssss
