License Conflict with the Microsoft WDK

Good Afternoon, I have a question with regard to license. I've run into problems with redistribution of the Tap driver due to these license conflict issues with the Microsoft WDK that are described on your wiki here:

Has there been any movement on this topic since this was posted? As it stands we are blocked from using Tap until this amendment is official. I'm wondering if I can get some direction from the community on when this might happen and how I might speed the process along if possible.
