Cannot access hosts in private network

Hi!

Following to describe my situation. I installed a OpenVPN server on a 12.04 Ubuntu server system with two client profiles. One for a windows device (laptop) and one for a IOS device (ipad).

On both devices its possible to connect with the VPN server. At a first glance everything works well. When I connect with the windows client to the server I get an internal IP of the private network and can send packages to the private network (192.168...) and use the services on the hosts.

When I connect with the ipad to the server the connection also works well and I get as the official IP address the IP of the remote gateway, thats fine. I also get an IP address of the internal network for the ipad (10.8.x.x) . But I cannot access via the IOS device to the hosts of the private network. On the windows device this is possible.

Does somebody have an idea what kind of problem this could be?
