Allow Multiple Sessions Per Certificate

I am looking for a way to either allow users to have up to 5 simultaneous sessions per certificate. I haven't had much luck with adding ";duplicate-cn" to the config.ovpn file so I was hoping there was something I could add on the server end to allow no more than 5 simultaneous sessions per certificate.

And ideas?
