Sending Private Host names to VPN Clients?

Sending Private Host names to VPN Clients?

Is there a way to push local host names to the VPN client. I have a server that's inside and outside the VPN. So I want the DNS entry to be use when the VPN is disconnected but a local alias when the VPN is connected.
