Connected to ubuntu 12 through putty need ADVANCED command

Im connected to an ubuntu 12.04 server through putty and I am running a program.

I need a command that will automatically restart my server every 10 minutes. I already have a restart feature built into my program im running that will restart my program upon the server turning off and on.

I cant seem to find anything on how to automatically have my server reset after 10 minutes.

Any help would be awesome.

whats that have to do with openvpn anyway???

anyway, check for cron server config.
