User management while connecting (BATCH+UAC)

Hey guys, i have a small question:

i have a vpn connection which uses a up / down script on windows . this script connects some network shares usw.
if i dont run ovpn as admin, the dms settings and routes do not work, but if i run ovpn alaways as admin, the shares are connected to the wrong user and so on.

i dont want do have a username/password pop up all the time, ... so ... what to do?
