[Closed] help setting up riseup vpn

hi, im a complete n00b trying to set up the riseup vpn. ive downloaded and installed openvpn. my problem is it tells me to download the riseupca.pem file yet when i click the file it doesnt down load. it opens the certificate. im assuming i have to creat the .pem file myself but i have absolutely no idea how to do that. im using windows 7. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance
