I can´t connect because openvpn windows does not appear

Hi, some hours before y was working fine but suddenly I can´t connect because openvpn windows does not appear, i right click tray icon restore and not show the openvpn windows to connect, I use 2 Monitors and I was Working with only the laptop screen, when I see window doesn't appear I Plugged the second one and the problem persist, I have uninstalled Open VPN, download the latest version, re-install, restart computer, change second monitor and still the same problem, anyone can help me please? thanks to all.
