How do you delete log file in the OpenVPN 1.0.1 build 88 app

I searched through this forum looking for a way to delete the log file in the OpenVPN 1.0.1 build 88 (iOS) app but can't seem to find anything on this.

Is there a way to delete the log file or limit how large it can grow?

I assume deleting the app will remove the log but then the profile needs to be reloaded once the app is reinstalled. Surely there must be an easier way to clear the log.

Any thoughts or pointers appreciated.
