Add security to pc that OpenVPN is running on.

Make it impossible to connect to a server unless a client connection is made on the same PC.
I can connect to the IP + a service on the local pc no connection needed.
What If I download spyware/malawhare to my pc..it has access to IP my IP.

eg If I have a service port bound on a OpenVPN server address, I can connect to it on the same pc without a client.
