How to view web pages using OpenVPN connection

Hello,

I have a netbook running Windows 7 Starter SP1, on which I have successfully installed and connected OpenVPN (with VPNBook configuration keys (or whatever they should be called) installed to C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config).

The current status shown, when I hold the pointer over the notification area icon, is:
"OpenVPN GUI
Connected to: vpnbook-uk1-tcp443".

I have no idea how to use VPNBOOK / OpenVPN to view web pages, and would appreciate help.
