Broken Hyperlink in Tutorial

I was reading this tutorial

on openvpn.net. Under the fourth section entitled "Initial setup of access server" it states, "Enter this URL into a browser to continue the setup". There is no URL anywhere to be found. I think they meant to hyperlink 'this URL' to the URL that is supposed to be entered. Is this the case?
