Can I not use the client web server? Just a local profile?

Can I not use the client web server? Just a local profile?

Using the OpenVPN AS server, it works, but I find the profile importing thing really annoying.

Dump question. Why do I have do that every time connects to VPN? Can I import a local copy then shut the client web server down?
