Can't connect through firewall, need suggestions

A few weeks ago I was able to use a port 443 OpenVPN service to tunnel through my institution's firewall. However, when I try to connect now via the OpenVPN Connect iOS app, it gets stuck on "waiting for server." I checked the log, and it said something like this:

Any suggestions? This is my first post, sorry if it's in the wrong section.
