Stuck using wiki on installation ( qnap 209 pro-II )

Im using the wiki here :

and got to the point : Now it's time to access the flash and create or edit the file autostart.sh. This will automatically call the tun.ko module on every startup.

I have downloaded the autorun.sh file
but the next part - # mount -t ext2 /dev/mtdblock5 /tmp/config ??

Presume its done with PuTTy ??

AND !! the path - " simply copy the file autorun.sh with winSCP to /tmp/config" i presume is in the optware folder ( i have no config folder in the tmp folder -just make one ? or look somewhere else ?? )
