Openvpn and vpnbook issue

Openvpn and vpnbook issue
I connect my laptop to the internet with my S3 android phones wifi hotspot. I have configured openvpn using each one of the certs from vpnbook and openvpn is failing to hide me. any ideas?

- Client config
- Logging from both client and server?
