Client OpenVpn on Delphi or C++
Good day! I need to write a program in Delphi and C + + client to connect to Openvpn, pure c do not know if anyone estt source on Delphi or C + + help, please.

ok...so you want to (re)write the openvpn client...? 
openvpn binary can act both as server/client....
