Updated from v 2.2.2 to 2.3.0 Now I find Port 554 always open.. Win7 Client of StrongVPN.com/Reliablehosting.com as proxy server for over two years with no open ports.. When I close OpenVPN port 554 closes.
have attempted global block via Zone Alarm to no avail..
I feel like a 20 watt bulb in a 60 watt world can anyone help?

Solved.. Had nothing to do with OpenVPN tho I still don't understand why port closed after disconnecting from OpenVPN and dropping StrongVPN proxy server.

fyi you could use
netstat -no
and check if the pid of the process who opened the port is openvpn...
