win 2008 server and openvpn with public ips

I have win server 2008 64 bit and i installed openvpn. I have 13 public ip and i want to configure GSM gateway with 1 public ip. the gsm gateway connect with DDWR. I cant ping the ip for the gsm. What setup i have to do on the server to enable the ping ?
