openvpn connect win8

Hi, I have a problem, you can not create a connection to the Win 8, after installing the software and drivers when trying to connect to the report, there's a message :
Options error: Temporary directory (--tmp-dir) fails with 'C:\Users\Павел\AppData\Local\Temp\': No such file or directory
Options error: Please correct these errors.
Use --help for more information.

Tell me it can not create this directory and how to fix it? On Win7 x64 and Xp all well connected.
