Better SELinux support

Hi,

It would be nice to have a better SELinux support.

For example:
- There could be a SELinux sub-section in the forum.
- We could move files like ipp.txt out of /etc/openvpn to /var/run/openvpn, as suggested in: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=469284
