I had to read that a couple of times to understand what you want, and I'm not sure I do.
I understand that you have 2 Access Servers in 2 locations.
I am guessing also that at each of these locations, you have file services running.
I understand that you want to be able to connect to both these servers simultaneously, which is possible.
Then here's the part I don't understand;
the computer have two network cards, my intension is to have a shared folder on that computer so the user on the two different VPN net`s can acces the shared folder?
Do you mean by this that the client computer has 2 network cards? And that you want to create a shared folder on the client computer?
Do you mean that this client computer will connect to 2 Access Servers, run file services, and then as a VPN client can be reached by other VPN clients from both Access Servers?
Please clarify a little and I'll see if I can answer your question.
