Authenticate to proxy with DIGEST

Authenticate to proxy with DIGEST

Hi all, as i can see openvpn just supports to connect though proxy using ntml or basic authentication, i would love if in next releases can be added the functionality to autheticate using DIGEST also. With this feature it will be more complete peace of software.
