2nd client cannot connect?

2nd client cannot connect?
Ive installed openvpn on a ubuntu server and is working and can connect to the internet from itself. And the first client downloaded from the web ui works. But the first client wouldnt connect till I put the ca.crt and client certifactes in C:/programfiles/openvpn/config. and connects fine. Now for the second client I installed both openvpn server 2.2.2 and the client from the web ui as the how-to suggested. but when I try to connect it just hangs and seems to keep trying to connect. Now also on this 2nd client there is no C:/programfiles/openvpn/config to put the certificates in like I did with the first client. What could I be doing wrong? Ive added the exceptions to the firewall and the ports are forwarded.

Are installing OpenVPN AS? Can you post the client's log?
