Trying Out Openvpn-als, is there a way to use UNC paths?

Post by tj686 » Sun Sep 09, 2012 10:34 pm

Im a newbie that just setup openvpn-als. Everything works great so far, but I was wondering if there is a way to map UNC paths from the client to the file share. We use Quickbooks, and I need to map the application to the file share. Is this possible, or should I have just gone with the Openvpn bridged solution? I really like the interface on ALS. but really just need it to be secure and work. Thanks in advance!

You have to use ccd files to assign same IPs to clients, than just use \\ip-client\share-name.
