How to connect without username and password?

I want to connect to hotspotshield, but it does not have username and password.

How can I connect to servers which does not have any authentication parameters like username/password?

maybe they are using certificates..

there is a certificate in configuration between <ca> </ca>.

when you are using client side auth, the password is requested during connection (pop up box).
