I tried submitting a help ticket and theres no image to enter a capcha verification, so no go. I regret buying their top tier service now. I have not been able to connect to vpn service for several days.Attached is a log.
I run xp. with windows firewall, and am connected with ATT DSL as my ISP. d no trouble and have an actiontec gt 704 wireless gateway. The first few weeks I had no trouble and was working beautifully.
To resolve Iv e tried reinstalling certs, and all that. Also reinstalling the open vpn they sent me.
