IPTables are deleted after restart->no connection possible

Hello OpenVPN community,

My hoster restarts my server this night (maintenance), so we had this problem last week again, but my "techmin" isn't avaibel this weekend so could you please tell me what to do? I am sure the problem is are the iptables.
