AS site-to-site license

I have a doubt, in a site-to-site VPN configuration, I mean, two AS connected each other in gateway mode, the hosts in each LAN behind the AS must reach the hosts in the remote LAN, assuming that everything is right configured, my question is how many licenses I'll need for this configuration? 2 licenses, one for each AS? The amount of hosts en each LAN?
