Editing the GUI on Windows

Apologies if the solution to this is staring me in the face somewhere. I've tried a forum search but most of the terms in my search are pretty generic.

I have written a wee program that allows a user to edit chosen config files automatically. ie. the user chooses server to connect to, configs to edit with this change, protocol/port to use and if there should be a DNS re-direct (eg. Google Public DNS). The program amends the appropriate config files without the end-user having to physically go into Edit Config and make the changes, which can often cause difficulties for inexperienced users.

Is there a way to integrate this into the GUI?
