I am running a desktop Ubuntu 11.10 and trying to connect to VPNTunnel.se. Whenever I make the attempt using the command line
openvpn openvpn-Swe.conf
I get the following messages:
OpenVPN 2.1 requires '--script-security 2' or higher to call user-defined scripts or executables
and
VERIFY ERROR: depth=1, error=self signed certificate in certificate chain: /C=SE/ST=CA/L=SanFrancisco/O=Fort-Funston/CN=Fort-Funston_CA/emailAddress=me@myhost.mydomain
and
TLS_ERROR: BIO read tls_read_plaintext error: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate
The instructions on moving the file ca.crt to my /etc/openvpn/keys directory were vary unclear, so I suspect I don't have the correct certs, but I can't get any support from VPNTunnel on this.
Can anyone give me any suggestions on what I should look at to try and solve this problem. Much thanks.
