Hi,
I am sorry if I post this in the wrong place. Please redirect if you like.
I am not a tech person but am able to installed Tomato firmware to my Asus RT-N16 via web instruction.
Now, a program I used do not support SSH socks setting, so that is why I used OpenVPN thinking it will route external request and show my router external ip instead.
I installed OpenVPN 2.14 stable version on Windows XP Pro and all same setting as instructed by http://www.howtogeek.com/60774/connect- ... nd-tomato/ and successfully connected to my home router.
However, when I check my ip at many of the what is my ip website, it showed only those wireless ip from cafe or free hotspot I used.
Instead of pay VPN, What should I do to have OpenVPN working correctly and to have the result I want?
Hide ip and showed router ip
