Bought OpenVPN during the week now it won't work

I bought he OpenVPN last week, it all worked well with My Expat Telly but today when I try and watch anything I get the Not Available in Your Country messages!

Can anyone advise please?

I have right clicked and tried Run as Administrator but it keeps saying it is running yet I cannot view any programmes.

Any help will be appreciated.

OpenVPN comunity is a free software to use. Please address the issue to the company from which you bought the VPN service.
