I cannot get my openvpn client to connect to the server

This occured all of a sudden. I could always connect to the server and then today the client doesn't know how to do so. I think my username and password that's saved on the client is gone. ANyway when i attempt to connect it just says error and that's it. Nothing else to help.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and also updated the client already.

will be able to help you...

are you using opensource version of openvpn or AS?
can you post configs,OS used,openvpn versions..?

Hi this is the service from openvpn i'm using

It will install a client for you to connect to the service. That's it.

I don't understand everything else.

I'm using windows 7 64bit ulitmate.

Here's a picture of the clinet i'm using.

All along it had the urls of the servers then one day poof it disappears and when i connect it just says connect error, that's it nothing more.

Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix a thing

so can somebody help me on this?

I installed the client on another pc and it immediately manages to connect successfully. On the 1st pc that i installed it has the url of the server which is us.shieldexchange.com but when i connect it says connection error and that's it. No explaination nothing.

Please address the issue to the private VPN provider you had downloaded the client.
