I Need Auto-reconnect when it drops connection

I've Problem that my samsung mobile disconnects its dial-up conncetion after every 30 r 45 mins.so that vpn also disconnects from its server.

I'had set up dial-up setting Auto-connect its connection when it drops, but i don't know how to set comment in vpn config file to auto-reconnect.I want that

1. My VPN should reconnect if it drops its connection from its server(must need)
2. It should not ask any password when auto-reconnection(If possible)
