installing openvpn on linux (missing tmp-ca.cert)

hi all, I'm just installing openvpn on linux and its saying tmp-ca.cert is missing, i cant see what creates this file?

also has openvpn gotten easier to install these days (wizard etc?)

Which version you are installing? The file is related to generating certificates. Are you installing under root privileges?
