UBUNTU OPENVPN apache and proftp not accesible

tried all things but cant connect from outsite to ubuntu server when openvpn is running.
i saw a topic about this but cant get it working.. please help
tried route-nopull etc.. but cant get route add etc to work

Disalbe "redirect-gateway def1" option that is send from OpenVPN server.

There was no such line in my config.
Im running ubuntu with openvp client.

Now i installed proftpd and i wanna share file but people cant connect from outsite through wan.
Router via nat portforwarding correct.

So my ubuntu has ip 192.168.1.36 255.255.255.0 (lan) eth0, 127.0.0.1 (lo) and of course the tun0

i tried route-nopull and is not working

please any idea?
