I'm new to OpenVPN. I setup my first connection and was able to successfully connect to my remote win7 server using my win7 client. I am connected but I can't seem to be able to reach any file from the server when trying \\ip_address\c$.
Ping is not working either.
Any idea?
Thanks
Francois

Also...here is the last portion of my client.log file if it helps...I'm actually not even sure which IP represents the server's IP address.

Re: Win 7 server and client , can connect but can't see serv
What IP address do you use?\\ip_address\c$.
Does locally this works?
Did you disable firewall for TAP interface on server and client?

Re: Win 7 server and client , can connect but can't see serv
The ip I use is 10.8.0.1
Locally it works.
I'm not sure how to disable this portion of the firewall in Windows 7. Any pointers?
