when i insert it not work on my new openvnserver

You will have to ask for a renew key.

So, I found the reference to "you've moved to new hardware you need to request a new license". I
opened a ticket about 1 1/2 hours ago....waiting...waiting.."crickets..."
I'm on the east coast, it's 2:48 in the afternoon here... so it's late morning in California.

Shouldn't there be a faster/better way to get me a new license key?
I'm assuming someone needs to email me one.

Anyone?
